Renée Mascia

About Renée Mascia

Renée Mascia is a consistent award winning RE/MAX REALTOR, with a fun, energetic personality. Her caring, personalized, no pressure approach sets her apart. She truly understands her client's needs and provides professional guidance to help them achieve and exceed their goals. Prior to her career in real estate, Renée worked as a registered nurse, specializing in home care, for over 10 years. That experience helped Renée develop the sensitivity and people skills that serve her clients well. Renée has the gift of making people feel comfortable. At the same time, she has strength, insight and grace that make her a skilled negotiator. She is determined to get top dollar for her sellers and the best deal possible for her buyers. Working with Renée is a pleasant, and profitable experience. As a hard working mother of 2 beautiful daughters, Renée learned how to multi-task many years ago. She coordinates all aspects of the real estate process, keeping things under control and running smoothly, while paying close attention to detail. Most of Renée's business comes from referrals from past clients. That speaks volumes! She is completely accessible to her clients by cell phone or email any time, day or night. Renée consistently receives the PLATINUM Club Level Award for excellence in real estate. She has been inducted into the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame and is a multiple recipient of The Greater New Haven Quarterly Award. In 2019 she earned the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. Renée celebrated her 34th anniversary with her husband Frank, a CPA in Orange. They enjoy traveling and spending time with family, friends and their adorable grandsons. They have lived in Orange for over 24 years. Renée's motto, "You say sell … I say SOLD!"
